These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of plus.rearrange.am (the “Service”), operated by Rearrange+ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

• Full access to Rearrange+ requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Rearrange+’s content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation.

Content

Episode summaries, highlights, and archive answers are provided for your personal use. “Ask to Rearrange” answers are generated from the podcast archive and may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect — they’re a research aid, not a verbatim transcript.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rearrange+ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
