• Account information: your name and email address, collected when you register with a password or sign in with Google.
• Billing information: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details ourselves — only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
• Content you submit:questions you ask through “Ask to Rearrange” are stored, along with the answers returned, so you can revisit them later.
• Usage data: basic technical data (like device and browser type) collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working correctly.

How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account, and authenticate you.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.
• To provide the features you use, including saving your archive questions.
• To send you account-related emails, such as confirmations and receipts.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

Sharing your information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that power Rearrange+: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (if you choose to sign in with Google). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.
